Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Reports to: Business Development Manager/Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to kick-start their career in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., social media, industry events, referrals)
2. Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align sales strategies with company goals
6. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements:
1. 0-2 years of sales or business development experience (freshers welcome)
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4. Strong research and analytical skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., (link unavailable)) and Microsoft Office
7. Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Nice to Have:
